Walks, mostly in cloud
Hill days in Eryri, written up from my notebook. I walk alone or with one friend, usually on whatever day the forecast says “cloud base 600 m, improving later”. It rarely improves later.
Each entry has the numbers, what the weather actually did, the route as I walked it, and a note to myself for next time. Distances and ascent are from the map, not a watch, so treat them as honest estimates.
